REFUND POLICY

 

At Alchemy, we offer an entirely pay-as-you-go payment system that gives you complete freedom and flexibility.

After each session your child has, your tutor independently logs the details of the session – including the length of the session. You are then charged based on length of session times hourly rate. In most situations we do not provide refunds of sessions, with the following exceptions:

Technical error – if a technical error occurs and you are charged by mistake, we will immediately refund the session via the same method of payment. Refunds usually take 2-3 days, however can take up to 10 days depending on your bank.

Tutor error – in the event of a dispute regarding the length of session we will discuss this with the tutor and if found to be in error, will process a refund via the same method of payments. Refunds usually take 2-3 days, however can take up to 10 days depending on your bank.

Prepaid sessions. Should you choose to prepay your sessions in discounted blocks of 10, you will not be provided a refund for unused sessions should you choose to discontinue. The only exception is if your tutor ceases and we are unable to organise a replacement tutor for you, in which we will refund the balance via EFT.

We treasure the relationships we have with families, and your trust is our number one priority. All financial information is handled in the most secure ways and we use industry recognised security measures to protect our families and tutors from potential fraud or security breaches.
